Casing and Base patterns are grouped together in this section. However, since some patterns can be used in a variety of ways, reference should also be made to chair rails found in the section on Rail Moulding patterns. In the section on Casing and Base patterns, refer also to fluted casings, which come with beads, coves, or both beads and coves.
CASING AND BASE PATTERNS
Example: CB 150 43 01
CB...... Identifies the product as a Weinig Casing/Base Profile Pattern
150..... Width of the profile as first 3 decimals. Many of the base patterns can be stretched or modified to alter the width. Often the same template can be used to run a variety of widths.
43..... Thickness as first 2 decimals
01..... Profile number
