About Powerlock Corrugated Heads


  • Standard cutting angle 20°, or 12° for selected hardwoods that present tear-out problems on lower-RPM moulders
  • High-tensile steel body
  • Designed for use with 1/4" or 5/16" thick knives with 16-60° corrugations. Different gibs are required for 3/8" thick knives.
  • For exclusive use on WEINIG Powermat Moulders
  • Rated for operation up to 12,000 rpm (8000 RPM for heads longer than 240mm)
  • Designed for Weinig Axial Constant Setup System
