How do I return an item?

All returns must be made within 30 days of the sale ship date. Items must include a WEINIG Return Authorization Form. Please call our office at 877-548-0929 for RGA information.

Credit will be applied for part only less 10% restocking fee when the customer has returned goods at their expense. Customer will be responsible for all freight charges and goods must be packaged properly to insure no damages occur in transit. Damaged goods cannot be considered for credit.
